What was interesting is the screenies I took while aboard the ship the damage indicator - it shows that the hull on the left side as damaged (half hull). But the meter below it was showing full hull.

Presumably, that glitch was added to thwart the various "assassination" glitches, (to no avail.) That's what the release notes at the time said, when the blue circle glitch (enemy crew on board) was added.

I can understand this, but the ship was open to public, so anyone could take the wheel. Something that has happened to me on my ship when trying to get a friend of a friend aboard and I open the ship. Sometimes a person not crewed will come aboard and grab my wheel while we are repairing.
