Voodoo staff V.S Voodoo doll. What is best.

Most useful? The Doll
Most destructive? The Staff

I do not know which is "best" because that would depend on each pirate I would think.

However I want to change my earlier choice because it has occurred to me the doll is the only way to heal yourself or someone else in the game. That alone makes it the most useful imo. I have to resist the temptation to use the doll so much thereby leveling it too quickly because I love this "weapon."

However the image of Blackbeard actually violently pillaging his way through the Caribbean with a dolly in his hand is quite comical. Were there enough fans of the game to reach the necessary commonality to achieve comedic affect this would make a pretty good satiracal sketch for someone so motivated.

For me there's no competition.
I think the doll is much better than the staff. It has more hexes and you can heal yourself. The staff's great but the doll is still my choice.
