Question about Voodoo quest!

Ok thanks. I've already submitted a bug report for it a few days ago, but It hasn't been fixed so I thought maybe there was something I needed to do in the game to unlock it.

How far are you in the main quest? That might have something to do with it as well...

Have you gone back to Tia and talked to her? Maybe it's just not showing up in your journal. When you get the quest, nothing happens really. It just appears in the journal.

I'm stuck on finding the three assasins. The flagship has a bug and I can't get the last assasin. And I've been to Tia Dalma, she always tells me I should be somewhere else.
