I do remember someone on this forum saying they did talk to someone in live chat regarding not being able to login before that first stres test. So you might want to try it.
IcyBluFire - you might want to make sure you have open chat. Go to manage account, log in, and go to community settings, and verify that you have open chat to unlimited disney members. |

I have tried that as the first user has posted. I been told u have to be over 13 to do this... lol Im 37 quite old enough lol

 They do say we will be testing out different versions. Do you have basic or unlimited access? |

My screen says unlimited account but I can't chat. I tried the toontown live chat and they gave me an e-mail address to write to. I did that and got another form letter reply.
