I had the same problem the other day. Don't bother with a bug report. You get the same old Disney reply. Thank you for the report...blah, blah, blah.
I guess I'm happy they didn't blame my video card this time. :>)

I had this problem. I am not computer literate but was an issue w my ATI card.
I haven't had problems since I've done this. Hope this helps some of you. click on ATI- mine is lower right hand corner Catalyst control center VPU recovery- unclick box VPU recover
