Yikes...SvS takes a turn for the worse

I noticed the green circle problem, never did get circles. Eventually after a dozen or so tries I got to heal. Appears a glitch also on the ships now, and sail speed is not repairing. I finally had to go run up to a ship and take fire, so I could finally go and pay to get it fixed.

Repairing with circles never healed it, wouldn't let ya pay until I went and took this other damage.

I ran into the Captain cannot assist with repairing issue......(sigh).....reported it...
