I think the next major quest (Story Chapter) and the next Boss Battle, is going to involve the EITC and Beckett.

The Kraken shouldn't be a Boss Battle. It's a side issue. If I were Disney, I'd set the Kraken up as a spurious sudden appearance that you never know when or where it will occur. Totally random, and almost always deadly.

Jolly Roger should be the third story chapter. After a major defeat to the EITC and Beckett, then the pirates should find a way to rid the Caribbean of Jolly Roger forever.
One problem with this is that the Kraken played a major part in the movies. The Kraken killed Jack Sparrow sending him to davy Jones locker.
Later on, I believe, Beckett told Davy Jones to kill his "pet."

I think the kraken should be a boss battle since it was a major part in the second movie. Then, later on, we can get the EITC to get involved.

But I would love to see another sort of "sea monster" enter the game for mini battles and quests.(IE, fight sea monsters to train for the kraken fight.)

I , like others, totally disagree that the Kraken played a "Major Part". It was a tool, a weapon, of Davy Jones. Even Disney only used it for the one purpose, then discarded it by having it wash up dead on shore.

It would still be a great, sudden appearance factor. Out sailing, plundering the seas, and all of a sudden, the sea froths and tosses. A tentacle reaches up from underneath, and you and your crew better be prepared, cause if you don't have grape shot, and a lot of it, down you go. Full load of plunder to the bottom of the sea.

But not a Boss Battle. I'd not like to do a long story line quest to fight just the Kraken.

I for one would love them to have other sea monsters out there for Kraken practice. It would not only give us practice but some fun without having to rush through the second story quest to fight the Kraken.
Who needs the Kraken when there's a whole ocean full of other sea monsters?

Whether we want it to be or not, it looks like the Kraken is going to be the second boss battle. There's already music for it in the phase files. Disney really wants to have most of the storyline from the movies in the game. The third story chapter will probably be for fighting the dutchman and then Davy Jones himself. He's already done and has some animation.

But we won't really know what's going to come out until something does. Lets watch, wait, and have some popcorn.
