Spent a bit of time sailing yesterday with no Kraken and nothing on test. Doubt it's actually been released yet.

Perhaps
No Kraken this morning. Perhaps they will have a warning like "The monster is here so for those of ye not interested in sinking get to shore." It would be at certain times of the day like the time we all changed into undead. That way if your interested in trying your luck at killing the kraken you can set sail. I can imagine a fleet attacking a single kraken in the front bay of PDF and rooting for the Kraken to win. Go Kraken!
