Adding on to this topic, does POF allow you to moderate here as well as another forum? Or do you guys have a loyalty system where you have to moderate here and no where else...or just somewhere else?

Nick, the owner of POF, has a series of Disney MMO fansites. Several of our moderators mod on our different sites. We would prefer they didn't moderate at other people's sites. Doubt most of us have time for it anyway.
