How about.....a Spinach Lasagna with Ricotta, Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh Mozzarella? Of course layered with sauce and seasoning....baked to an ooey-gooey perfection...slightly golden brown on the top. This lasagna can also be made without the spinach. Then....a hot loaf of French bread sliced and buttered with fresh garlic and oregano...baked to a crispy, mouth watering crunch. Last, but not least....a fresh crisp Caesar salad....with homemade dressing and croutons. I would suggest a A chilled Burgundy, Cabernet, or Merlot to compliment the dish nicely. To end a great meal......we have Tiramisu with warm chocolate drizzled across the top......
