GM EITC Black Guards in POTCO???

The devs did mention somewhere that they were trying to make a quest where you would have to steal a navy uniform to make your way into a heavily guarded fort.
They also mentioned that we'd never be able to be the enemy. I don't remember where, the player Q and A I think.

I bet this does have something to do with a PVP game. Maybe a Cops and robbers sort of thing. One side is EITC the other pirates. But I guess we won't know until they tell us...

Perhaps there is some truth to our suspicions... perhaps not...

We know our Captain will lead us against the EITC.... the EITC are crafty though Mates...

I thought the Captain was taking on the appearance of some covert EITC... I was sorely wrong.....

OK, so I just logged on dxd and the EITC guards are showing up as EITC guards, not pirates. Maybe a disconnect with dxd?
