I say EITC. They're, in my opinion, the most challenging. The Navy and Skeletons are just too easy nowadays...
The French and Spanish skeletons aren't bad choices either though.

i like davy's men there the most fun they come in all kinds ones with
voodoo doll cutlass dagger grenades and not just the normal grenades but siege charges and well its just fun to kill them just there r no bosses for them
