Not very likely, the code is still in the game from last year (thats why the pirate can see the 2xp icon still from time not yet used), they just have to turn it on when they want that quest/reward available again. If their pattern remains, on fathers day more than likely.. Just another example of the repetitivness and lack of new content btw...
