At one point long ago when I was low level ( in the 20's ) I teleported to a friend and he was in tormenta.
I managed to get around a little and saw some other pirates. They had a gun out and a sword. When ever he shot his gun he would also swing his sword. Though this was long ago when you use to be able to use more than one attack at once. ( VERY long ago ) Not sure if it still works. Hope this can help!
