Good ideas, I do see the flag ships somewhat as ship bosses though.

Aye to that Zep. Especially taking the higher level ones alone.

But I would also like to see ships just roaming the Server (1 per server) like the Flying Dutchman. In the early beta videos they showed footage of pirate's ships being boarded by Davy Jones' crew.
