If you ask me about Captain Walter, here's what I think, just an average GM, who probably got to level 40 in one day because he broke the system....
I think he's mostly all talk, and I know that he needs help since he can't sink all the ships by himself. I'm just hoping that he doesn't get so scared to make an alliance with the Navy.... |
