Ok I got my unlimited back and my founder stats back very happy only thing odd was that all my clothes went to my default ones and all my jewelry was off of me but it was in my inventory still

I think this answers the question I've been wanting to know for a while.

I guess this means that if you stop paying and go to basic and then start paying again, you'll still have your founders' stats.
