Ship Names?

Well probably not the same. Changing a pirate/toon from one account to another, is also definately done by POTCO. However this is not a simple process, and requires someone call in, spend a deal of time on the phone, and not just run up to the shipwright to change their shipname, which im pretty sure is what many people think you should be able to do. Big difference. Maybe if they let people go through a name change request process, that took 24-48 hours to process or something.
