You can get Undead Pirates on PDF. They're in the cave by Romany Bev, but they aren't always pirates. They start with Witchdoctors, and every third time or so that they regenerate, they are lvl 5 and lvl 6 pirates.

I'm lvl 20 and very disappointed to hear we won't get PDF tele til lvl 23. I'm tired of getting blown up by the ghost ships when the beach is in sight!
