I have seen a lot of the posts these last few days. There have been MANY ideas about boycotts, protests, quitting the game.

Boycotting the game just doesn't make sense. If you stop playing, as a boycott would suggest, you are just denying yourself and not hurting Disney in any fashion. They already have your money, if you are unlimited, or they really don't care, if you are basic.

Quitting is an even worse idea. If you quit, then you have no voice to be heard at all. You are biting off your own nose to spite your face.

Protests are good, but have to be done properly. One method, we are already using. The letters, emails, phone calls, posts here and on Disney websites, etc., are ALL ways to express our opinions. We want to be heard, and to let Disney know our dissatisfaction.

But protests where you get yourself banned aren't going to achieve any useful results.

I have a slightly different suggestion.

Protest by ignoring Disney. Don't show up at their events. The Friday night sailing/crew thing, don't go. Let them stand there on the empty beach and wait for the people who aren't ever going to show up. Same with any other Game Master event. The GM EITC role playing. Captain Walter. ANYTHING they want to do, ignore it, avoid it, don't participate.

Keep playing! Keep sending them the message that we aren't happy with their methods. Keep making suggestions. Just protest by not responding to them, the way they don't respond to us.
