Our filters looked through your email and automatically chose this response. If it is not in any way shape or form related to your particular situation, that is because you don't know how to state your problem in a fashion that our filters can decipher it.

Now as to actually fixing your problem,,,, Fat Chance. Our development team is too busy at the par 5 16th hole to worry about something as inconseqeuntial as your or anyone elses enjoyment of this game. If by chance one of our developers has an attack of workophobia and actually finds a fix to this problem that effects so many of our players, we will put out a patch labeled "Something that actually works", and download it to your game the first time you log in after the fix has been implemented. Realize that by fixing this problem , we will probably introduce a different problem whereby every single pirate is locked into playing on Abassa server forever. (or until the next update after the bug fix one, whichever comes first.)

Just a friendly reminder, your account is due for renewal on the 10th of next month. The charges and fees will be automatically applied to your credit card of record.
