Father's Day Quest

I have put in two of my account's pirates to go and talk to Jack at the Rowdy Rooster for this latest Father's Day quest.
Each one has been told, "Sorry I have nothing for you". Though other pirates by the droves come and go.
Way to go POTCO with yet another complete SNAFU.

I just tried it with my pirate that I had Last Father's day. He did the quest last year and Jack said he had nothing for me. All of my pirates that were not around last year were given the quest no problem. So, my theory must be that if your pirate did the quest last year than you can't do it again.

If your theory is correct, then it is complete BS from POTCO.
