Repremands and black marks? Wow. That's pushing it IMO. If you're having a problem with a guildie, try talking to them. If all communications fail, kick them out. Public humiliation seems really harsh to me.

I like the ideas Commodore.

CaptainGreenGene, I think the black spot idea would be a bit overboard. I for one would want to use it. I think fighting a baby Kraken would be fun.
