It's all cool if you wanna level up like crazy, but you also have to realize this game is in it's infancy and a lot of higher level content will either be bugged, or not working at all. I'd suggest sending in a bug report and hope someone gets it.

Well for 99% of the MMO's out there this is just par for the course. They almost all have lag at first, they almost all have tons of unfinished high end content.

And I agree with Rob this won't be high-end content for long, but that's because this game is super easy to level up at. Not that I really want another level grinding machine like a lot of MMO's out there.

Ahh well hopefully they fix the staff soon

The game seems pretty complete to me, when they are fixing things we still can't get....

Today they updated the game again, and ignored all my bug reports, and it's still not fixed. Ahhhhh what be the point

My voodoo staff quest completed today, so it appeared they fixed it. Blew up a group of vets on Kingshead with a grenade and it completed. The first skill, Soul Flay does seem to be bugged though as you cannot add skill points to it.

Are you on test or open? I completed it on open. My test pirate, which is level 32, is still bugged and it still does not even have the voodoo staff quest. I assume that is because the quest wasn't added until after I reached level 30 during beta.

If you are on open, I do not know what to tell ya mate. Maybe it was dumb luck that it completed for me.

I had no problem getting the staff. None at all.

The 'creature' on kings head is ANY enemy, meaing just kill a guard or eitc and its done. I did the same on port royal just quickly killing a cadet and that's that.

I'm level 10 staff and it ROCKS the house.

Just kill one of anything on every island and you get it. Cadets, vets, grunts, etc all count!

I'm now level 14 on staff and it rocks!
