I change off Sunken Treasures only for a really good holiday skin. Port Royal is a bit too bright for my eyes to put up with, the caves too hard to read. (Seriously and incredibly bad vision here.) I just prefer the colors of Sunken Treasures and the whole watery theme. Yeah I'm a girl, but I'm an aquatic girl who loves the ocean!
As for ideas I really like Dockwreckers wild island idea. Or possibly something with the Pearl itself? You can get some excellent header shots if you steal the Pearl an sail off with it instead of sinking the Goliath.
