On the menubar displayed under your "mood", click on the link for "UserCP" (on far left) Click "Edit Options" (Either 6th item down on drop down menu, or along left side menu of User Control Panel). Scroll towards the bottom and find the "Miscellaneous Options" section. The second item in the section should be "Forum Skin". You can select the skin you would like to see/use and click the save button below, the site should immediately be displayed in the selected skin (may require a refresh).

You can also scroll to the very bottom of the page, and in the bottom left corner you'll see a box with a drop down menu - there you can choose from the different skins available.
