Do you think they would be able to retrieve my data? Or do you think they delete it from their databases as well.....

I guess I'll call them..but I'm pretty much hopeless.

I think I'll start a new pirate, play it til level 10-the limit, and then I'll decide from their if I want to pay for unlimited and work my pirate up again.

I would definitely contact them and try - as long as you have your account id and password, they should be able to at least try to retrieve them for you. I know of many people who have managed to get old, old Toontown accounts active again, so it's possible POTCO works the same way.
