GH could be opened to certain friends and non-guild players. Again, CQ would be lonely.
I already have a sea chest that stores all my posessions, what does the CQ add to that?

One should be able to invite his friends, etc to his/her quarters/home, never a need to be "alone".
(in Toontown you can do this easily)
Also being a player of a few MMORG games there are usually individual homes/places for players to idle/store items that
exceed the carrying capacity/limitations of the character.
And, honestly, I often WANT to be alone in the game, and dont want to argue with anyone over what the room should look like. I can see it now I spend 500 gold for a nice picture on the wall, and a guild mate replaces it with their 25 gold mosaic or something.

Keep in mind my perspective, guild to me is just a bunch of friends, I prefer to play the game alone, or with only one or two friends at a time. I like other 'people' being in the game affecting it, but im not really into the guild games, etc.
