My ship ideas for POTCO

i have an idea for ship customazation, it would be that for a custom flag you could make your own, or make it a picture (but you get banned if the picture has people in it).

It depends. If it was the first time perhaps.
But if the player was a repeat offender banning them would be the appropriate move. What good are moderations measures of removing inappropriate content if everyone gets to post whatever they want until caught and the only penalty is to have it removed?
