DW rarely recruits ingame. Since it is too hard to explain the guild, or go through the recruiting process, in chat. If someone asks in game to become a member, we usually bring them outgame, here to the forums, to finalize the recruiting process.
If you are truely trying to sign on your core team first, random recruiting on a crowded server is the same as fly-by friend requests. A NO-NO. Good-luck with the new guild.
