I reckon i'd have to also say Becketts quarry is a good place for mid-upper levels of leveling due to the healers at everones disposal. I just never tried leveling in there really. Just not one of my favorite areas of the game... too dark

I always like going to Outcast and on either end there are level 28-40 stumps. Plus there is a healer on each end.
 DIE EVIL STUMPS!!!!!
