After the new guilds have had a chance to introduce themselves, the Steering Committee will call for a Vote among the GMs of the Court, Yay or Nay, if the new members will be granted admission. 1 Vote per guild per New Guild Applicant. Unless a motion is made for further discussion before granting a guild admission, we can make our choice at the meeting.

Ahoy to TBC!

We gather again today for the 7th meeting of the Brethren Court.

We ask that each guild bring forth [2] REPRESENTATIVES ONLY to speak for their guild, so that matters may proceed a pace, and we may get underway with the Event, once the meeting is concluded.

TIME: 7pm CENTRAL

LOCATION: Kingshead Store Room Rendezvous, We will then Crew up and TP to the Meeting Location.

AGENDA:
-Call the Meeting to order @ 7:15 pm Central
-Attendance (for the record)
-Welcome new guild applicants; allow a moment for each applicant to introduce themselves, their guild and what brings them to The Brethren Court.
-Announcements
-The Floor will be closed to motions this week.
-Open Floor Discussion: 15 minutes allotted by the Acting Floor Master/Mistress.
-Conclude Meeting and gather for the Event by 8 pm Central.

EVENT:
Race Around The Caribbean: Hosted by Roxy Redcrow from Clan Storm (Created by Li Wildtimbers - BBK)

The Gathering for the event will be Cuba on the Kokoago Server 8 – 8:10 p.m. Central.

This event is open to ALL guild mates of participating TBC guilds, as well as Non-members.

The event rules will then be explained for those who do not have forum access.

Next week is our 2nd Month Anniversary mateys! We’ve come a long way so far, let this be a time of reflection going into week 8, so that we may celebrate in the spirit of jubilance and good form.
