If one of your mates (that is not on your roster) teleports to you while the event is underway , automaticly get them off your ship. Pay attention to your ships capacity. If it says 6/9 you are in violation. There are'nt any second chances. If anyone is caught with more than what is on their roster , they will be disqualified.

If I may sneak in and make a suggestion of how to prevent this. Make sure your entire team that you wanted is on board, and the minute you have the 5/9 people you need go into your boarding permissions and uncheck them all. That way, no one has access to your ship and you can sail without worry of getting disqualified.

A good suggestion. This will work fine. Just make sure that your gunners tell you when they're going to get ammo so that you can open the ship for them to come back.
