Depending whether real life allows me to get ingame at a decent time, Sierra is ready to hit Level 40 and also has nades ready to master.
Tess can build up to a few glows between now and then, and of course Baby Ella is just easy - she's still small enough to glow multiple times!

You all do realize that this would be a minimum of 63 glows for the guild in one day! And they have to be equally spread out through all the different skills.
