Its a ESRB Rating Thing - Use of Hand Weapons would raise the rating from 10+ to 14+ - which would go against D's plans of wider distribution.

Ya, I know - its funny how using other weapons doesn't do this - but - it must be something in the guidelines about it

So if we could shoot the navy and vice versa the rating would need to go to 14+ sweet! Pull out the guns!
