Q about Grave Shackles
Hi all, I reached level 17 on my doll and Im not able to use the Grave Shackles hex. Is there something else I have to do to activate it? Thanks in advance!

You probably already know this but...
To activiate any skill you have to put a skill point on it. You sure you did that?

i have always just clicked it to "learn the skill" is that what you mean?
