There already is a tailor shop in tortuga ( and probably other places ) so it would probably be really easy for them to allow you to change your apearance from there.
I think they should experiment with a server or two that use the WOW system where anybody on that particular server can attack anybody else, this would be interesting to try at least and see how it went and if they added an option onto the main screen people could select never to use these servers if they did not want to play like that.
I would also like somekind of noticeboard that captains could add their details to when they are looking for crew with a possible level ability selection, sometimes I need a crew but find it really hard to find people without having to hang around the docks for ages.
