Not too sure bout that, Swash... I've seen quite a few people still speeding. Generally on quiet servers on Tormenta.

However, I'm not saying all people who have level 30 weapons are speeders. Several of my friends got up at like 3 AM to begin leveling lol.

I have seen many many speeders in Tormenta myself, its defiantly alive and well. I don't get the point but hey to each his own.
