I always had a hard time with getting limited time quests until I got busy and cleared the journal of every little side quest (pirates clothes, tatoo, junky stuff), so my journal only hold the Pearl, the Weapons quests, Rotts quest and one clothing quest (I just poke at that one when I'm bored).

In fact - they shouldn't limit the number of quests my Journal holds... If I'm a busy pirate then I need a big notepad to hold it

Interesting Max - I have all the level 15 weapon quests and have only actually started one I think. The rest are all sitting there waiting for me to visit the person to get started. Only other thing I have is Black Pearl quest, at about 18%.

I'll try again tonight and see what happens. Perhaps send yet another email to them about it.

Weapons quests ARE NOT treasure quests. Basil, Prob and Purvis all had the level 5 weapons quests, and barely or not even started, and they all were able to pick up and finish the CM quests.

Maybe just do the first "Visit" section on each and try the CM quests again?
