Multiple Invasions in the future?

Invasions are not a "holiday" feature Chele, they will play a major role in world events going forward. Who else might invade? And what other islands will they try to take over? We're getting ahead of ourselves - Pirates, stop Jolly Roger from invading Port Royal!

1. Who will the other invading factions be. I think we can all assume the EITC and Lord Beckett but who else?

2. If this is not the Halloween event as at least I thought it would be. What will be the Halloween event then?

3. Will Capt. Rott and his crew start showing up on Tortuga and PDF with quests to remove relics. (are there even relics on the other islands?)

4. There will be in the future a quest to get the relics back and secure Port Royal again.

I would like to hear the communities thoughts on all this.

I'd say it's safe to say we'll see the Navy and EITC invade the islands, maybe if they want to get really creative we could have an invasion of fly traps or other strange animals/plants. (It could happen, would just require some kind of other invasion to sew the seeds of evil first.)

I would think that we be knowing better than to trust that evil crew of Jolly's minions again, but the phase files do lead to Jolly Roger invading Tortuga in search of Jack Sparrow, as well as invasions on Padres. (Although there is no clear reason as to why.) Besides, considering that most of Jolly's army is confided upon Padres, I doubt that any relics there haven't already been removed by his own forces.

4. There will be in the future a quest to get the relics back and secure Port Royal again. Only time will tell I guess, although I would rather just use this as an opportunity to wipe out Jolly's ever growing army.

I would like to hear the communities thoughts on all this.

Left all my comments in bold, and that spoiler tag is there for a reason referring to future invasions on other islands. If you don't want to know what I found out by nosily digging around in the phase files do not look!

Unless there are those among us who would gladly serve Jolly Roger? they would probably help remove the relics. (Me! Me! Choose me!)

As for other factions invading? EITC and Navy is most likely, unless they have the crew of the Flying Dutchman invade but that's a bit of a scratch because Davy Jones would have to be the boss unless they choose someone else to be the boss.

Anyways, So, does this mean that the invasion stuff will still stay here? I want them to stay, i think their fun fun fun!

Aye it sounds like they are here to stay.

I would love to see the Flying Dutchman come in and ol' Squidface march outta the sea behind his mutated crew! That would be awesome. There is some potential for some interesting invasions. What if the EITC got tired of the Navy being in thier way and invaded Kingshead. Would the pirate community stand in thier way?

Jack I is probaby right about there being no relics protecting PDF and Tortuga. Have to wait and see I guess.

Anyways, as much as i would love to see Davy Jones come out(I'd die happy) it probably wont happen because of the whole cant step on land once every 10 years.. Unless they have him invade once at the end of every month? :P

And Captain Whale has a good question: Would us pirates stand in the way of EITC invading the navy? I vote "Let them get invaded." They dont help us in the invasions, so why help them? :P

I most definitely would not, but then again I doubt the EITC would invade Port Royal or Padres. If anything I would imagine they would solely invade the pirate isle of Tortuga myself.

Either way, i hope they keep the invasions. Not every day we get to see the main villain of POTCO out and about. Except maybe Murky Hallow, or Catacombs.. But that's not exactly out and about now is it?

Ahhhh the ocean is invading port royal!! LOL that would be funny. Ummm how do we fight that?

edit: I get yer point we could get invaded by crabs and other sea/land nasties. I like the idea!

I had envisioned the invasions occuring on all three of the major islands at some point as part of the storyline - since Jolly is frantically searching for Sparrow, it makes sense that he would hit Tortuga (where the Faithful Bride is and it is a pirate haven). Not sure the logic about any future attack on PDF, but it could be tied into the Chapter 2 cutscene that most of us have seen.

Other invasions from Davy Jones would be fitting or a major crackdown by the EITC on Tortuga or PDF would fit as well.

Any of this would be awesome as it make for random, but repeating adventures!
