I loved the events, visited every one of them. But true, they didn't show up in front of Rowdy Rooster every time, perhaps too much crowd?
However, the best way to find them is to hop servers and run through the town! I know that on Sunday the GMs were showing people the
barricades around Port Royal instead of flipping coins in front of the bar. The smaller amount of GMs on Sunday was also very understandable,
I don't think the Disney staff is getting anything extra during the weekends, they are holding these events just for us to have fun.

The thing I don't get is, why do people go to these events if they are not interested? I mean, you think the event is the "same old boring stuff
as always", and you still go? You like to be bored? Or just want to complain? I saw some rude pirates during the event, running around, pushing
people, yelling "WHEN IS THE KRAKEN COMING yarr arr garr", "YOU GUYS SUCK" etc. Very mature, I wonder why they want to treat us like kids...?
Once again, Role Play Event means exactly what is says, it's still not a Q&A session..

And as for the new content... You know it is coming, why do you complain so much? And Jolly Roger is not new content?

As for those who didn't see the GMs during this event should ask their friends about it, pirates are good at spreading rumors, eh?

Jeanne, you bring up good points. There are always a fair amount of participants at these things whom it seems are just there to stir things up, that has been obvious from the very first event. Which makes it even less understandable why there isn't better staffing for these events - it's not like it is Disney's first time at the rodeo. My experience playing POTCO is that the servers are busiest on the weekends. Always been that way as far as I can tell. I make the presumption that the team running POTCO is aware of these issues and concerns. Perhaps a post on the Grog Blog and/or a mass email from the Marceline Guild explaining what to expect during a role-playing event would be beneficial. Jumping from server to server works, until everyone else also does it. Whatever the solution is, I know something different needs to be done.

im a big fan of Jeanne Stormcutter right now. What she says is right. why do you even bother about these events and complain about them? they are also fun for first timers, so if you dont want dont go! they are definitely coming out with new content , thats for sure. be a bit patient. though i might not have the absolute right to say this since im not like everyone here who are mostly founders or old salts, or the fact that i just joined 6 months after ye guys, i can still say that im very much patient for the updates, as unlike others i don't play for long long hours and thus bore myself of this game.

i still agree that what Sureshot is saying is very much true, that the GMs just dumped the responsibility of managing the pirate crowds on him and others, and also that the fact that GMs not showing up when they have to is rather outrageous. ive had it happen to me too. i came to the crew up day event at 7am ( indian time for me so thats why so early ), and i was waiting there for a GM like everyone else, and them Game masters never arrived.... that was dissappointing
