Run right at the wall, you'll pop through and see this.


See the place where the wall and the building meet? Run though there to see this.


Turn around and you'll see this place where the market wall meets the other wall.


Turning slightly run through the space between the brick and white wall to find some stairs.


Jump to get on the stairs. Run up the stairs and you are on the balcony of the Rowdy Rooster.
