If you still need to lv it up I think I have a goood suggestion for you! Go to the back of padres and find the raider boss. Go behind and between the wodden gate and take a few steps back. Shoot the boss and he will throw a dagger at you. If he keeps attacking you take a few steps forward. He will switch to the sword and you will be out of range. Now he is easy practice for the pistol grenade or any other long range weapon! Just dont get too close!
