Phase files?

I've looked through the resources file on my Mac, but that turned up nothing.
I see no phase files anywhere in the Mac version. :-/

Well, it may be due to Disney using their latest version of Panda, while the released version of Panda is outdated. If you know how to use them, you can make pictures like these without any picture editing software, like some of the ones I made:
