Yes, look over the guide in Sarah's post above. It all depends on where your staff is and what you will do with it.
Mine is Mastered and I don't PVP so I have mine set up with a focus on Invasions: Flame Skull 5 Wither 5 Spirit Mastery 5 Spirit Lore 5 Consentration 4 Conservation 2 All others have 1 dot |
