Recover a box of cigars from a storage container

If I remember correctly, that is Bowdash's Mansion, and the quest tells you to recover the box of cigars from a storage container there specifically. I could be wrong, though.

Yes, I had a bit of trouble in that quest as well. But, it does say to find it in Bowdash's "Mansion" (He thinks he's king). You really find it in more like Bowdash's one-room-house.
