Question on Linked accounts.

So much for being able to play with your family members and all have unlimited access without having to pay ten dollars per account.

That I do believe is the real reason Disney removed that option. Such a shame.

It was a subject of much debate to be sure.
And there were a number of ways to solve the problem they claimed removing the feature was for (without requiring them to remove the feature).

They also promised a solution to the families having to get mulitple accounts.

So far.. they took out the linked account function, and have NOT supplied a solution to the families/multiple accounts.

Would be nice of them to offer some lower multi-account rate to make it easier for families. Maybe someday.

But just how many of us are really willing to wait that long? I've had my account for almost a year now but none in my family has played it the last few months so I was surprised today when I played it.

I still have yet to receive a Crew Kit like I was promised when I joined but I did get a pair of 3D glasses that I didn't even ask for.

Sadly Disney is starting to seriously lack in customer happiness and is busy worrying about CEO happiness.

I shouldn't have to wait. It should already be done. I don't want promises, specially from a corp who doesn't keep them. I want results as does every other so-in-so in the world. Including Disney themselves!

They should know better to announce something that they haven't even started on. What happens if suddenly they're not able to actually provide what it is they said is coming? What do they do then?

For me, at the moment game play itself isn't a real problem. I'm a level twenty-something and have a couple of stories running. I know that it will become a problem here soon, but perhaps by then Disney will have released some new exciting material. After all, it seems they have all these wonderful ideas planned...

Problem is Disney makes so much money they don't really care when they loose an unlimited account. They have the likes of Pixar and just bought Marvel for 4 billion what the devil do they need a few insignificant unlimited account holders for???
