I have to say I've seen video clips like that quite a bit. Personally, I hope Pirates never looks like that. The pirates look way more like cartoons than what we have now. Telling you what, if they put pirates like those things on Live, I'm gone. I think the people in there are a lot more like 2D cartoon throwbacks than anything I'd wanna play on. Can't really put my finger on a better way to describe it, but I really hope that isn't where we are heading.

If you listened to the video, you'd realize that it's a "face library" and he's using all kinds of emotions and shape formatting during the video.

If you're gone because of higher graphics... ok, but I'd rather have them that high than know.

And it's not where we're heading, which is sad. We're in the opposite direction. Don't you remember the "update" a few months ago that lowered the polygon amount on pirate characters? The hair now is literally flat looking, instead of bigger like it was, and our faces our boxy. The tip of my nose used to be nice, but now it's pointy!

I don't want them to keep on doing that. And look at the shoes. They've almost cut the bottom of them off, but in the video they look nice.

No way I want to keep them downgrading these graphics, but obviously they like having cheesy character graphics.
