I slightly agree with Mac, on the face part. The first character on my account is nowadays simply ugly.
When it was created, it certainly wasn't. And i don't want to play on an ugly pirate, hehe.. During
the two years nearly every update has made my characters less-pretty, or at least less the way i
want them to look like. Currently the females are kinda messed up on Test, but i think they are able
to fix them before going to live

While i was looking at some old screenshots, i was shocked how different my characters looked
back then. I mean, my third character is still quite the way i want her to look like, but my Jeanne isn't
that anymore... Why do i play her? I have to, she has too many friends and too much in game
"reputation". Why won't i make new Jeanne? Because the current body forms for females are terrible. o_o
I have been able to do a bearable new character on Test, but it's still not the way i wanted. IF the
body forms had always looked like that, it would be different. Maybe the Overseers shouldn't have
given us the previous option at all, haha! We have been spoiled.

Other than the characters... The graphics are great. Especially the water. I was SO glad when i
noticed on Test that you can see yourself under the surface again! The details are much better on
ships and sailing feels more real. The animation of sinking enemy ships looks great, i think
every ship now sinks like a Flagship? The details on the islands is much better when looked
from the High Seas, you can actually see the trees now! The fire animation is also much better
than in many other games.

I don't think Disney is downgrading the graphics, at least not for long. As time goes by people have
to buy better computers, even if they had old ones now. Disney is first making the interface more simple,
and then starts to add more detailed graphics in. Or that's what i think. Oh, and have you ever seen
the difference between High Graphics and Low Graphics? It is just scary!

But, lowering the polygon amount has done a major difference in my gameplay. I can play on High
Graphics without practically any lag, before that it was terrible! Also, i haven't found myself
swimming if i start my Game from Cuba. That used to happen very often! And getting into glitches
seems to be harder now, or well not glitches, but inside some areas, like houses and rocks etc. I
don't see many people in those places very often anymore (yay!). So the interface has certainly
improved.

What else... Ah. The 3-D. In my opinion it is certainly a clue that the Overseers are not going to start
lowering the graphics. On the contrary, once they get everything in order (i bet they have tons of
new things upcoming) they will slowly start making the graphics even better. Then again, i don't work
there so i might be wrong! But what i have learned about their working, the Overseers like to go
forwards, and not backwards. So i hope i am right

I agree with everything in the above post.

I'm just upset that they want to reduce lag by targeting our pirates. Why can't they find another way, seeing as the character detail won't matter on a quiet server.

(Also think it was a mistake for them to take out the old body types. The new four should have been additions, not replacements)
