Possibly. There was that old glitch where there was a Teleport symol next to Kingshead on the map ( back in 2008, of course ). So possibly, they might just add that Totem back ( would only work for players Lv10 and up ).
Off topic: Didn't Disney say Kingshead was for Unlimited Access players only? I see basics all the time there.

I would only agree on the Sword/Gun shops. And for PDF Invasions, Idk, but I might see one soon. I'll edit this post to tell about PDF's target.
